What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application collects measurements that have been recorded by the GrindCare device, such as number of grinds, stimulation level, session start and duration for each device measuring session. No personal information is recorded by the Application; GrindCare device data collected by the application is identified only via unique device serial number.

Data is synchronized between the device and the mobile app via secured Bluetooth connection and used within the App for visualization purposes only.

The Application records also user feedback about the measurement session (e.g. qualitative rating and notes about the user perception of the measuring session).

All such data is stored locally within the Application and is not transmitted or stored outside the Application. The user can delete or export the Application data in readable format at any time under her/his own responsibility.

Sunstar does not collect, process or share ANY data generated from or collected by the Application.

How do you handle location data?

The Application does not use or collect any data related to your geographic location.

Local settings on the mobile are used by the Application to display localizable information (e.g., language and date format) according to user preferences.

Can users see their personal data?

The Application itself does not collect, transmit, or maintain user data. The user can visualize, delete and export in human readable format all measurements data collected by the Application at any time.

Do you share personal information?

As no personal information is collected, transmitted, or maintained by the Application, we do not share personal information with anyone.

Do advertising companies collect data?

The Application has no facility for collecting, transmitting, or maintaining user data, so no data is shared with advertising companies.
