Lynn McPherson is Human Resources Manager / Executive Assistant at Sunstar Canada. She joined Sunstar in 1983, so this year marks her 40th anniversary in the company.
What did you want to be when you were a kid?
A teacher

Hard working, thoughtful and caring

Reading, cross stitch and spending time with my family

What is your proudest accomplishment?
Going back to university getting my HR degree and HR designations, while having two daughters under the age of 5
What was your first job?
I worked assembling pizzas part-time, while I was in high school – I love pizza
What is your favorite thing about your career?
I love that Sunstar has given me the ability to learn and be promoted within the company

I am responsible for the Human Resources for our team at Sunstar Canada

I have had the opportunity to grow as a person, while having the pleasure of seeing others grow in their careers at Sunstar

I want to see Sunstar excited about the future and continue to grow via innovative new oral care products
